MM I ordered a few items for my granddaughters Christmas stocking. They were sent but never received. So the lovely Zoe sent a replacement parcel using First Class post and she included a little extra item. This arrived within a couple of days. Big big thanks to Zoe and sorry that Roysl Mail let us both down.
